Refund Policy

At InterviewMason, our goal is to provide candidates with powerful tools to practice, prepare, and improve their interview performance. Because our services provide instant access to digital content and AI powered practice modules, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

1. Subscription Plans

All subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features, interview practice, reports, and analytics. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time once a subscription period has started.

2. Money Back Window for New Users

New users may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase for monthly or annual plans, provided they have not completed more than two mock interviews.

After this period or usage threshold, subscriptions are non refundable.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.

4. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

InterviewMason provides mock interviews and interview practice only. We do not guarantee actual job placement, employer interviews, or employment outcomes. Refunds cannot be requested based on job results.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email admin@interviewmason.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Proof of payment such as transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
